1. Core components and structure

Power system

Battery pack: uses high energy density lithium battery or lithium iron phosphate battery, supports fast charging (1-2 hours to fully charge), and the endurance time can reach 8-12 hours (depending on the load and working conditions).

Drive motor: equipped with brushless DC motor or AC variable frequency motor, with high torque and low energy consumption characteristics, suitable for frequent start and stop and heavy load conditions.

Transmission device: gear reduction box + chain/belt drive to ensure smooth power output.

Body structure

Frame: uses high-strength steel welded structure, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, load capacity is usually 1-50 tons (customized according to the model).

Travel mechanism: steel wheel + track guide wheel, suitable for I-beam, U-beam or customized track, track gauge is adjustable (common 600mm-2000mm).

Safety protection: anti-collision buffer device, emergency stop button, sound and light alarm, etc.

Track system

Track type: fixed or removable track, supporting multiple layouts such as straight line, curve, slope (slope ≤ 5%).

Track material: Q235 rail or wear-resistant alloy steel, the surface can be treated with rust prevention.

Overload protection: automatically cut off power and alarm when overloaded.

Emergency braking: electromagnetic braking + mechanical braking double insurance.

Anti-collision system: infrared/ultrasonic sensors detect obstacles in front.

Battery management: BMS system monitors battery temperature, voltage, and current in real time.

5. Maintenance and care

Daily inspection: track cleaning, wheel wear inspection, battery status monitoring.

Regular maintenance: replace the reducer lubricating oil every 500 hours and check the electrical connection.

Fault diagnosis: display fault codes through the control panel, support modular replacement of parts.

6. Optional configuration

Automation upgrade: add AGV navigation system (laser/magnetic strip guidance).

Special environment adaptation: explosion-proof certification (Ex d IIB T4), high temperature resistant cover (-20℃~+60℃).
